With the advances in embedded and wireless technologies, DSP and adaptive filtering algorithms are everywhere ranging from audio, speech, communications to biomedical application. The aim of the group is to encourage research in the field of signal processing to mention few: artificial neural networks, pattern recognition, speech recognition, image processing and biomedical applications.
Available labs, equipped with state of the art instruments and computers, as well as offered courses are supportive tools for research.
