The Collaborative IT Program for Education and Research (CITPER) is a Joint European Project (JEP) funded by the European Commission's TEMPUS program.

The project is a collaborative effort between the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the American University of Beirut (Lebanon), Technische Universität München (Germany), University of Southampton (United Kingdom) and Siemens AG (Germany).
